What Youll Do :

As the Director of Revenue Cycle, youll own the end-to-end revenue cycle processfrom health information management, patient access and billing to collections and denials management. Youll work closely with executive leadership, clinical teams, and your own department to make sure every dollar earned is a dollar collected.

• Lead and mentor teams across billing, coding, collections, patient registration, and more
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture and reduce A / R days
• Oversee compliance with payer contracts, regulations, and industry best practices
• Monitor KPIs and financial performanceidentify trends, fix inefficiencies, and celebrate wins
• Prepares and monitors budgets, forecasts revenue and estimates expenses
• Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and improve patient financial experience
• Guide technology upgrades and EHR / billing system optimizations
