🚀 Senior Growth Strategist / Media Buyer – Meta + Creative Performance (Remote – US)

We’re a creative performance agency built for ambitious D2C brands. Our work sits at the intersection of media buying and creative strategy, helping brands scale profitably by pairing world-class creative execution with data-driven decisions that move the needle.

We work with some of the fastest-growing D2C brands in Europe and the US. We’re hiring a Senior Growth Strategist / Media Buyer — someone who has already scaled brands at serious spend, lives and breathes Meta Ads, and knows how to turn creative insights into growth.

This is not a general “growth marketing” role. We don’t require experience in Google, email, or SEO; we care about two things only :

  • You can scale Meta ad accounts profitably.
  • You deeply understand creative performance and how to use it to win.

⭐ Bonus : Experience with TikTok Shop — understanding how to scale through content-driven commerce is a major plus.

The Role

As our Senior Growth Strategist, you’ll own both media buying and creative direction for a portfolio of D2C brands.

Your focus is simple : run profitable Meta campaigns, identify winning creative concepts, and guide what gets produced next.

You’ll work closely with our internal Creative Strategists, editors, and content team — like a conductor leading the orchestra. You’ll decide what gets tested, what scales, and what stops.

Your time will roughly break down as :

  • Creative direction, reporting, and client communication (approx. 25–30%)
  • What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns for multiple D2C brands.
  • Manage significant monthly ad spend ($50k–$500k+) with disciplined testing frameworks.
  • Translate performance data into actionable creative insights — know what works, why it works, and how to double down.
  • Direct creative testing : decide which hooks, angles, and concepts get produced next.
  • Work closely with creative strategists and editors to brief, review, and optimise ads.
  • Maintain high testing velocity — constant iteration, rapid learning, fast scaling.
  • Own key KPIs like ROAS, CPA, MER, CAC, and spend growth.
  • Communicate performance clearly and strategically — insights first, not just numbers.
  • ⭐ Bonus : Advise on or run TikTok Shop strategies to complement Meta performance.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 🛒 Proven experience scaling D2C eCommerce brands — this is non-negotiable.
  • 💰 Experience managing $300k+ / month in combined Meta ad spend.
  • 🔬 Deep understanding of Meta’s algorithm, campaign structure, and creative testing frameworks.
  • 🧠 Sharp creative instincts — you know what makes ads convert and how to brief creative teams.
  • 📈 Confidence interpreting data and translating it into testing and scaling decisions.
  • 🤝 Excellent communicator — clear, concise, and data-driven.
  • 🚀 Ambition to grow into a leadership role — mentoring junior buyers or leading a pod as we scale.
  • ⭐ Bonus : Experience scaling with TikTok Shop and understanding the D2C content-commerce ecosystem.
