Licensed Practical Nurse - Day / Night Shifts

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Practical Nurse!

As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include the administration of medications and treatments according to our established medical and nursing care plans. You will work closely under the guidance of the Head / Charge Nurse to ensure optimal care for all residents during your shift.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate residents’ behavior, symptoms, and progress, discussing any findings with the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse.
• Administer and accurately document all medications following our policies, procedures, and physician's orders, in adherence to Department of Health regulations.
• Perform all treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse to discuss the need to alter or discontinue any medications or treatments.
• Order prescribed medications, inform the pharmacy of any discontinued medications, and ensure the accuracy of all medications and dosages upon receipt.
