Position Title : Slot Technician

Position Summary : The Slot Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests.

In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture.

Essential Functions : The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are :

• Preform preventative maintenance, identify / trouble shoot problems with EDG's and their components
• Repair and test machines, move machines, convert games and assist with accounting variance checks
• Circulates around the Casino Floor observing players and functionality of machines
• Assists or verifies in making jackpot payoffs
• Must handle currency as needed or exchange currency at customers request
• Other duties as assigned
