Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : Day, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 17 : 00), Monday to Friday

Guaranteed Hours : Not guaranteed

Experience : Minimum of 1 full year of Adult Home Health or Hospice experience required

License : Must have the license in hand

Certifications : CPR, BLS

Must-Have :

• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS
• Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and liability insurance
• Experience in Adult Home Health or Hospice
• Ability to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic
