We're seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll operations for a dynamic hospitality organization known for delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multi-state payroll functions.

What You'll Do* Manage and process biweekly or semi-monthly payroll for both exempt and nonexempt employees.* Oversee timekeeping, wage adjustments, garnishments, and payroll reporting.* Ensure all payroll transactions comply with state and federal regulations.* Partner with HR and Accounting to streamline processes, audit data, and reconcile payroll accounts.* Lead year-end activities including W-2 distribution, tax filings, and audit support.* Evaluate payroll systems and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.* Provide guidance to management and employees on payroll policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For* 5+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.*

Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll and wage & hour compliance.* Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (UKG & Workday).* High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solutions-driven mindset.* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
