IT Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

Perform independent testing and validation by writing test cases and conducting manual testing

Document, track, and manage defects and inconsistencies using defect tracking tools

Analyze data for accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure thorough testing coverage

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in Financial Services, or High School Diploma / GED with 6 years of experience

2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing

Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC)

Experience with testing tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

Knowledge of Salesforce and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies is preferred
