Library Mailroom Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Picks up and delivers mail and other materials for the University Library and insures their proper dispatch.
Receives, stores, and disperses library supply and equipment as required.
Performs duties related to the Library mail and supply rooms.
Interacts in a courteous and helpful manner in performing the job.
Must be able to physically perform position: lift 50 lbs, use bookcart and hand truck
They will be assisting the team of 2 others
NO Driving
Needs Customer service experience
May have to assist in moving chairs and furniture inside the library or conference room for events.

100% ONSITE- PARKING IS ON STREET

Hours: Monday _Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Number of years of experience needed? 1-2 years
Minimum education requirement High school or equivalent
