POSITION SUMMARY

The Fundraising Manager position is a revenue generating position that oversees all the fundraising efforts within an assigned geographic area. The position reports to an Executive Director, is part of the Chapter Operations Team, and works closely with the National Development Department and key event volunteers. The Fundraising Manager is responsible for significant growth in revenue and for ensuring there is a strong volunteer base for all fundraising events. In addition to increasing revenue, the position is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing fundraising event committees. This position is remote and candidate must reside within assigned territory.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Increase revenue based on agreed upon goals determined by supervisor and National Development Team.
• Recruit, train, and manage fundraising event volunteers and committees.
• Travel regularly within assigned service area and to annual Chapter Staff Meeting.
• Evening and weekend hours required for events and meetings with volunteers.
• Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts by ensuring all fundraising events are inclusive and accessible to diverse communities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Education : Bachelor's Degree

Experience and / or Training :

Technology / Equipment Must possess technology literacy skills and ability to leverage social media platforms to enhance marketing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience and / or Training Experience working with national organizations with chapter or affiliate system.

Technology / Equipment Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, DonorDrive, Virtuous.

SALARY AND BENEFITS :

Annual salary range : $60,000 - 75,000

22 PTO (vacation, sick, wellness and personal days) your first year of employment (5 additional days 2nd year)
