We are currently seeking multiple Entry Level Installation Technicians to join our team at MY Architectural Glass in Fort Myers, FL ! If you have past experience working in any of the following fields, Carpentry, Construction, Plumbing, or HVAC, this may be a great opportunity for you to begin your new career!

NO GLASS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! New Installation Technicians will be provided with on the job “ground up training” that includes : glass handling and lifting techniques, power tools, product knowledge and awareness, shower enclosure installation processes, troubleshooting measures, customer service and more! After the initial training, Installation Technicians are paired with a professional technician who will continue to help grow and develop the skills needed to become a Glass Installation Technician through our skill-based pay program. Our Glass Installation Technicians take great pride in their work and enjoy the positive work environment this position provides.

• Is dedicated and takes initiative
• Has basic math skills with a knowledge of fractions and using a measuring tape ( We do give you a Quiz!)
• Has knowledge and experience with basic hand tools and power tools (preferred but not required)
• Has experience working in Construction, Carpentry, Plumbing, Roofing, HVAC industry
• Has the ability to lift up to 85lbs (required)

Schedule : Monday-Friday (8am-5pm - Hours may vary ) Saturday Overtime available

Pay : $18.00 - $26.00 / hour
