Job descriptionLead or support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of wireless and microwave systems for industrial and oil & gas clients Supervise 2–3 field technicians per project in a field leadership capacity Coordinate multiple concurrent jobs, ensuring timely and high-quality execution Perform minimal tower work (mostly from man baskets and elevated platforms up to 300 ft) Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure project alignment and safety compliance Produce accurate, timely field documentation and system reports Maintain and operate company-provided tools, vehicles, and safety gear Start work daily at 7 : 00 AM with variable end times; 40 hours / week guaranteed with overtime available Remain local to Midland area – home every night with minimal travel required Participate in a culture of safety, continuous learning, and craftsmanship excellence

Must Have Skills :
- 3–5 years of experience with wireless and microwave communications systems
- Strong hands-on skills installing, configuring, and troubleshooting microwave links and networks
- Ability to manage small project teams and multiple jobs simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Excellent documentation and attention to detail; able to complete accurate field reports
