Position Overview
The Corporate Partnerships Assistant supports the Corporate Partnerships and broader development team with project coordination, marketing, design, data management, and administrative tasks. This role is critical to maintaining the fast-paced, data-driven environment necessary to achieve the department's ambitious fundraising goals.
Responsibilities :
Marketing Materials, Communications & Design
- Create one-pagers, fact sheets, pitch decks, and partnership summaries
- Design visually compelling presentations, impact reports, and marketing materials using PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
- Develop branded templates and ensure consistency across all development communications
Development Project Support
Support fundraising initiatives across all giving programsCoordinate logistics for donor meetings, events, and site visitsTrack project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely executionCRM Data Management & Analytics
Maintain accurate donor and prospect records in HubSpotGenerate reports and account summaries to support strategic planningAssist with data cleanup, segmentation, and performance trackingDevelopment Department Collaboration
Serve as a coordination point across Development (Corporate, Major Gifts, Foundations, Annual Giving)Liaise with Program, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to gather impact data, fulfill partnerships, and support campaign effortsSupport cross-team initiatives and maintain shared resourcesAdministrative Operations
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action itemsMaintain filing systems for donor records, partnership agreements, and development documentsand support budget trackingHandle confidential information with discretionFundraising Support Activities
Research potential donors, corporate partners, and foundation prospectsPrepare briefing materials for donor and prospect meetingsAssist with stewardship planning and executionSupport special events and fundraising campaignsTrack fundraising metrics and performance indicatorsCoordinate donor recognition and appreciation activitiesRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred2-4 years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in nonprofit development.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar database management systemsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and PowerPoint for deck designStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience with donor stewardship and fundraising operations preferredPreferred Qualifications
Previous experience in nonprofit development or fundraisingKnowledge of corporate partnerships and major gift processesExperience with data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with grant writing and proposal developmentUnderstanding of nonprofit operations and mission-driven workExperience working in cross-functional and collaborative team environmentsWorking Environment : This position is fully remote. The employee is expected to work 40 hours per week from 9 am 5 pm in their time zone Monday Friday. Occasional evening or weekend work for events and urgent deadlines. Some travel may be required for donor meetings and partnership events.
