About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 52-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity begins Dec 29, 2025, with 8-hour day shifts during clinic hours, Monday through Friday. The provider will work within a structured schedule and must be DOT certified and hold BLS certification at the time of bid.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide occupational medicine services in a clinic setting

Perform examinations and evaluations for Department of Transportation requirements

Deliver care and medical oversight for work-related injuries and illnesses

Document patient encounters and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Adhere to clinic policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements

Additional Information

Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin

DOT certification required at time of bid

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Board certification in Occupational Medicine required
