Position Summary
The Shipping Team Member performs inventory counts, prepares, and processes outgoing customer orders, orders necessary supplies as needed. Performs organizational tasks to support the efficiency and effectiveness of Motion Dynamics Quality Standards.
Essential Responsibilities / Duties
- Prepare customer orders for shipment
- Prepare required documentation including COC, SED, etc.
- Order shipping and packaging supplies
- Maintain inventory and ensure accurate inventory counts
- Maintain an organized and efficient shipping department
- Problem-solve customer shipping issues and find solutions
- Maintain shipping files as required per work instructions
- Other tasks as assigned
