• is seeking a
• bilingual (Spanish and English) attorney
• to join its
• DENVER
• office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys passionate about courtroom advocacy and immigrant rights.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Represent clients in immigration court hearings.
• Draft motions, support letters, responses, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and resolve complex legal matters.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload.
• Maintain professional and compassionate communication with clients.
• Qualifications :
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an
• ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• and in good standing with any state bar.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• (required).
• Interest in or experience with
• immigration court proceedings
• Courtroom / litigation experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Preferred Experience :
• 5+ years in immigration law
• (higher compensation offered).
• Background in
• family law
• is a plus.
• Entry-level attorneys welcome

• Additional Requirements :
• Candidates must currently
• live or reside in or be willing to relocate to DENVER, COLORADO
