Assistant Superintendent – Ground Up Commercial Construction

Compensation : $80k – $90k Base + Package
Join a leading general contractor in Austin specializing in high-quality ground up commercial construction and are known for delivering some of the most renowned projects in the city.
They are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview :
The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
What You’ll Do :
- Oversee all phases of Commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion.
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth project workflow.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and safety, addressing issues proactively.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering teamwork and excellence.
