Financial and Regulatory Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial and Regulatory Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate financial and operational impacts of payer policies and regulatory compliance

Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue impacts and analyze reimbursement trends

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with payer policies and optimize reimbursement processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Health Administration, Public Health, Economics, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience

Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid payment systems and payer policies

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to interpret large datasets

Familiarity with EHR and revenue systems preferred

Experience with payer audits and prior authorization processes preferred
