Network Operations Specialist I

Akkodis is seeking a Network Operations Specialist I for a Contract with a client in Doral, FL(Hybrid). Responsible for managing and tracking multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring accurate reporting of budgets and schedules.

Rate Range : $34 / hour to $35.32 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Network Operations Specialist I job responsibilities include :

• Monitor network systems and ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Respond to network alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on network hardware and software.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate logs for compliance.
• Assist in implementing network security measures and follow established protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
• Provide first-level technical support for network-related inquiries.

Pay Details : $34.00 to $35.32 per hour
