Are you a strategic finance professional ready to partner with operations and drive performance? Our client, a leading manufacturer in the residential products space, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support their Residential division. This role functions similarly to a Plant Controller , offering high visibility and impact across the business.

What You'll Do :

• Serve as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing insights that drive decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the Residential division.
• Partner with plant leadership to optimize cost structures and improve financial performance.
• Analyze production metrics, inventory, and capital expenditures.
• Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
