Responsibilities

• Monitor the hosting infrastructure stack and respond swiftly to problems as part of Epic Hosting
• Employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems
• Coordinate with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system builds
