What You'll Do:

• Coordinate schedules to ensure patient visits are staffed appropriately

• Record and communicate staff schedules, to include full time, part time, and prn/per diem staff

• Work closely with the clinical team manager

• Build positive working relationships with team members

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma, some college preferred.

• 1+ years in Home Health required, Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) preferred

• Excellent communication, organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage schedules, projects, and reports

• Ability to build relationships, problem solve, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with MS Office products such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. and EMR systems
