What You'll Do :

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition : Strategically identify, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates through cold calling, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Market Research : Discover and engage passive talent not actively seeking new roles.
  • Candidate Assessment : Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Shortlisting & Presentation : Deliver well-vetted, insightful candidate recommendations to clients.
  • Relationship Management : Guide candidates through the process while building strong, ongoing relationships.

  • 1+ year of sales or outbound experience , with a metrics-driven mindset and comfort making high-volume outreach
  • Resilient and proactive , able to handle rejection, drive conversations forward, and take initiative without needing all the answers
  • Coachable and accountable , open to feedback, and focused on personal growth and performance outcomes
  • Strong communicator and highly organized , with excellent verbal / written skills and attention to detail
