The Part-Time Teller position serves as the bank's primary face-to-face representative for most customers. The main focus of this position is assisting customers by processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers, and fielding various other customer inquiries.

Key responsibilities include :

• Providing full-service teller transaction processing in accordance with company policy and standards.
• Adhering to bank policies, procedures, and regulations, including the customer identification program, Reg CC, and BSA.
• Projecting excellent customer relations while delivering a positive banking / customer service experience.
• Informing and educating customers on products and services offered by First Southern, which would benefit the customer.
• Maintaining product knowledge and expertise on First Southern products and services.
• Fielding customer service complaints and concerns, seeking appropriate assistance, and following up to ensure a complete and appropriate resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
