We are actively searching for an Assistant Service Repair Technician to join our service team in the Orlando / Kissimmee area. In this role, you'll provide support to the Service department by investigating and repairing a variety of roof types. You'll work closely with a Lead Service Technician in your assigned demographic region to help deliver quality solutions to our clients.

Job Duties :

• Work with Lead Service Technician to investigate and repair all types of low-slope commercial roofs
• Work to develop skill of determining leak location and common leak issues by Roof System Type
• Demonstrate safe working environment
• Develop advanced knowledge of all roof systems and roof system components
• Assisting in all snow and hurricane events to either participate in repairs or supervision
• Meet schedule and requirements of Clients
• Perform quality repairs with no callbacks due to workmanship
• Demonstrate understanding of warranty and non-warranty repair types
• Responsible for learning and operating service software (FCS)
• Assist to collect data for proposed scopes of work
