- Join a premier organization running the hospitalist program located in Central California
- Hospitalist director will cover hospitalist shifts along with leadership responsibilities
- Flexible schedule will be 24-hour shifts for a minimum of 7 days per month for full-time
- Shift includes sleeping arrangements available with at least 5 hours protective sleep included
- Open ICU and some procedures experience, it will be light during shifts if needed
- Experienced IM / FM hospitalists with 2 or more years of director or leadership experience
- Competitive salary, a director stipend, and a full benefits package
- Hospital is commutable from Modesto and Stockton; easy drive to Sacramento and Bay Area cities
