Provider Scheduling Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Scheduling (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team to generate and post Physician and APP schedules across all sites of care, maximizing efficiency and meeting operational goals

Identify and execute opportunities to improve clinical quality and reduce costs through enhanced scheduling

Maintain real-time schedule updates, assist with facility-specific physician panels, and compile capacity and coverage data to track performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in physician scheduling or workforce management

Prior management experience preferred

Salesforce experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
