Production Support Specialist

Job Description

Job Location : Jacksonville, FL (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

What We’re Looking For :

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in production or application support
• Strong SQL skills — ability to write, debug, and optimize queries (SQL Server + Oracle required)
• Experience in Linux / UNIX environments
• Familiarity with Salesforce or MuleSoft infrastructure is a big plus
• PostgreSQL experience a huge bonus
• Banking or financial industry experience preferred (mortgage domain exposure a plus)
• Cloud familiarity (Azure, AWS, GCP) nice to have
