Compensation : $150,000 - $200,000 plus equity

About the Role
We're looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic operating backbone of Blitzy. You'll work directly with our founders and leadership team to drive clarity, execution, and accountability across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and executiontranslating vision into reality through structured thinking, data-driven decision-making, and relentless follow-through.
You'll own the company's operating rhythm, lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, and tackle the most complex, ambiguous problems that don't have clear owners. This isn't a traditional Chief of Staff role focused on calendar managementyou'll be a strategic operator who builds systems, drives decisions, and accelerates our growth trajectory from Series A toward Series B and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone with a Tier-1 consulting background or portfolio operations experience who thrives on structure, excels at communication, and can navigate the controlled chaos of hypergrowth.

Strategic Operations & Company Cadence
Design and run company operating rhythm : weekly exec meetings, quarterly business reviews, OKR planning cyclesBuild dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into business performanceIdentify process gaps and operational inefficiencies, implementing improvements that drive clarity and speedOwn the company's project tracking and decision-making infrastructure
Cross-Functional Program Management
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that span departments and require tight coordinationManage major internal projects from conception through execution and measurementTrack and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key decisions across the organizationEnsure nothing critical falls through the cracks
GTM & Revenue Operations Support
Partner with revenue leadership on pipeline analysis, forecasting, and performance metricsSupport creation of enterprise proposals, commercial packages, and strategic sales collateralCoordinate customer-facing strategic initiatives including POCs, pilots, and enterprise expansionsHelp translate product capabilities into compelling business value for enterprise buyers
Business Insights & Strategic Analysis
Conduct operational, financial, market, and competitive analyses to inform strategyBuild structured memos, decision documents, and frameworks for leadership discussionsPrepare Board-level materials and investor updates alongside Finance and OperationsSynthesize complex information into clear recommendations
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
