Your mission is to bring our training software to market across both government and commercial sectors. This person will design and execute a go-to-market strategy, build key relationships, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships, direct sales, and market positioning.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for training software
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with government agencies, defense contractors, and corporations
- Build and manage a sales pipeline across federal, state, and commercial sectors
- Lead outreach efforts such as proposals, demos, and presentations to decision-makers and procurement officers
- Gather market intelligence to inform pricing, competitive positioning, and product enhancements
- Partner with leadership to refine value proposition, messaging, and positioning for different audiences
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, materials, and digital presence that support sales goals.
Your Qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in business development and demonstrated sales success, or marketing within security, defense, training, or software sectorsDemonstrated success in government and / or B2B salesStrong understanding of software procurement and solution integration processes, contracting vehicles, and compliance considerationsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build something from the ground up
