Your Mission

The MASY Group is a growing Nunn Perry award-winning government service company providing intelligence analysis, educational services, and operational support to federal agencies like the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Your mission is to bring our training software to market across both government and commercial sectors. This person will design and execute a go-to-market strategy, build key relationships, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships, direct sales, and market positioning.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for training software
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with government agencies, defense contractors, and corporations
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline across federal, state, and commercial sectors
  • Lead outreach efforts such as proposals, demos, and presentations to decision-makers and procurement officers
  • Gather market intelligence to inform pricing, competitive positioning, and product enhancements
  • Partner with leadership to refine value proposition, messaging, and positioning for different audiences
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, materials, and digital presence that support sales goals.

Your Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in business development and demonstrated sales success, or marketing within security, defense, training, or software sectors
  • Demonstrated success in government and / or B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of software procurement and solution integration processes, contracting vehicles, and compliance considerations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build something from the ground up
