Concierge, Full-Service Interior Design Firm Seeking a Growth-Minded Experienced Interior Designer
Position Overview
We are looking for a
Mid to Senior-Level Interior Designer
with 10+ years of experience in a similar role. This full-time, year-round position is for someone passionate about exceptional client care, learning, and adaptability in a fast-paced, family-oriented firm.
Key Qualifications
10+ years of relevant design experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Teams, and rendering software. (Knowledge of Studio Designer is a big plus.)
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
Polished, professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.

Position Duties
General Office Support (Non-Billable Tasks)
Schedule meetings, site visits, and showroom appointments.
Manage projects under senior designer and principal management.
Assist with marketing efforts, including materials and outreach.
Coordinate travel, deliveries, and vendor communications.
Procurement / Logistics (Billable Tasks)
Attend and assist with move-ins.
Assist with specifications, purchase orders, and vendor follow-ups.
Design Assistance (Billable Tasks)
Attending client meetings, create deliverables, update task lists and deliver results to Clients.
Conduct space surveys and site visits.
Create as-builts and develop space plans.
Create 3D renderings and visualizations.
Develop interiors presentations in PowerPoint.
Assist with current projects and support the team with various tasks.
Source furniture and furnishings.
Support move-ins, punch lists, and project close-outs.
