We're looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Management team. In this role, you'll support full-cycle recruiting operations and deliver an exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with hiring managers, hiring teams, and business leaders across the company. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently, while contributing to sourcing strategies, operational improvements, and key people initiatives.
What you'll do :
- Schedule all talent-related activities, including intake meetings, role kickoffs, interview loops, debriefs, and reference calls
- Partner with Muck Rack's Talent Partner team and hiring managers to execute efficient, consistent recruiting processes across all teams
- Manage candidate communication and act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive and timely experience
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), ensuring data accuracy and clear visibility into pipelines
- Prepare offer letters and manage the approval and signature process for new hires, internal transfers, and promotions
- Support sourcing and screening, particularly for technical and specialized roles (e.g., engineering, data, or infrastructure)
- Execute and refine outbound sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and niche communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and post clear, inclusive, and differentiated job descriptions
- Partner with the Talent Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and transition from candidate to employee
- Assist with recruiting analytics and reporting, tracking key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate experience, and pipeline health
- Contribute to employer branding, referral initiatives, and recruiting process improvements to enhance scalability and engagement

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or technical recruiting, ideally in a SaaS or startup environmentDetail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first settingStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust with both candidates and hiring teamsAdept at managing multiple calendars, coordinating interviews, and handling shifting priorities with professionalismProficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred), Google Suite, and SlackProactive, solution-oriented, and eager to improve systems and processesComfortable handling confidential information with discretion and integrityExcited to grow your career in talent acquisition and people operations, gaining experience across sourcing, recruiting, and HR systemsSalary
In the US, the base salary for this role is between $63,000 - 75,000+, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary and a quarterly bonus plan.
We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
