In your role as a seasonal Experienced Tax Specialist, you will cater to a wide array of client tax needs, backed by a dedicated team and comprehensive advanced tax training to ensure your success.

Your Responsibilities :

• Conduct personalized tax interviews with clients both face-to-face and via virtual tools including video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare and file accurate, complete tax returns.
• Drive business growth through increased client retention and offering additional products and services.
• Provide expert IRS support, with varying levels of certification allowing for different levels of representation.
• Mentor and assist teammates in providing exceptional client service.

Compensation :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Pay decisions will be based on job-related factors including experience, education, skills, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may be eligible for incentive compensation plans and additional benefits, including medical coverage, 401(k), fitness programs, and tax preparation benefits.
