Open Shifts : 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift, part time hours

Shift Differential : 2nd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.00 weekend. 3rd shift earn an additional $2.00 weekdays, $3.50 weekends.

Responsibilities :

Comprehensive Care : Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.

Care Coordination : Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.

Supervision : Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Requirements :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
