Seasonal Tax Preparer

33 - $36 / hour (based on credentials)+ Incentives / Bonuses | 401K + Match

Starting Pay Rates :

Associates : $33.00 / hour (minimum of 20 hours per week)

Credentialed Experts : $36.00 / hour (minimum of 20 hours per week)

Credentialed Experts must be an active Enrolled Agent (EA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

On a Typical Day, you will :

  • Provide superior customer support, helping customers prepare their income tax returns on site.
  • Create an excellent customer experience using your expertise in tax preparation and technical ability. A script will help guide your responses.
  • Resolve customer problems in a friendly manner to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Carefully document all customer interactions.

    • What you bring to the role :

  • 2+ years of professional experience preparing and filing individual (1040) returns using professional tax preparation software in a professional / retail setting.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to navigate computer systems and software, including Professional tax software. Knowledge of TurboTax is strongly preferred.

  • W2 position starting at $32 per hour + benefits including 401K with a match, perks and other incentives.
  • Work from mid-January through April 16, 2025. Part-time or full-time shifts.

  • Equipment including laptop for the duration of employment. (You must also have access to a personal computer for your use.)
