If you have hands-on experience with precast, tilt wall construction, or distribution facilities , or youve managed complex design-build projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do

Lead design-build projects from concept through completion.
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Prepare submittals, respond to RFIs, and interpret geo-technical reports.
Contribute to estimating and early project planning.
Mentor junior team members and share your expertise.

Who You Are

3+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or field operations.

Strong understanding of design-build processes and project delivery.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable leading teams and collaborating across disciplines.

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience we value proven results just as much as formal education.
