Job description3+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or field operations. Strong understanding of design-build processes and project delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable leading teams and collaborating across disciplines. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience we value proven results just as much as formal education. What Youll Do
- Lead design-build projects from concept through completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare submittals, respond to RFIs, and interpret geo-technical reports.
- Contribute to estimating and early project planning.
- Mentor junior team members and share your expertise.
