Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Join Hypesonic as a founding engineer building the AI Copilot for Growth and Marketing.

Base Pay Range

$140,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Location

San Francisco, CA – On-site (must be in SF or willing to relocate)

What You’ll Do

Build the Full-Stack Site where AI agents live, designing, developing, and deploying a full stack application that performs end-to-end marketing tasks.
Architect the Agent Operating System, creating core infrastructure that enables AI agents to collaborate, operate reliably, and scale.
Engineer the Creative Engine, developing full-stack applications and generative pipelines that allow agents to create novel content.
Ship Foundational Products, owning features from 0 to 1 in a greenfield environment and launching core capabilities that empower agents.
Shape the Technical Vision, partnering directly to make key architectural decisions, define product roadmap, and establish a culture of engineering excellence.

What We’re Looking For

3-5+ years of experience building full-stack software products, excited by building something never existed before.

Proficient in Next.js, Node.js, Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL.

Write clean, scalable code in TypeScript (React) and Python, comfortable building and managing infrastructure on AWS.

Experience or deep curiosity in building AI-driven systems, multi‑agent workflows, platforms automating complex human tasks; experience with LLMs, generative AI, agentic frameworks a huge plus.

Inherently curious about how influence works, what makes content go viral, and how creative ideas spread online.

Interested in working hard and achieving greatness, bias for action, rapid iteration, thriving in fast‑paced impact.
