Our Wyomissing area client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position!

Part time Administrative Assistant

Pay : $17-$20 / hour depending upon experience

Shift : 20 to 24 hours on Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.

Location : Wyomissing, PA

Responsibilities of the Part time Administrative Assistant :

Answering phone calls and maintaining schedule of appointments
Gathering financial forms for partners and submitting forms to client portal
Assisting practice members with daily administrative tasks
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant :

3+ years experience as an administrative assistant, finance work preferred

Experience with Microsoft Suite and ability to learn company program

Client friendly phone demeanor and customer service skills
