What you’ll do

Within the Henkel international Research & Development team for Consumer Brands, you will :

Active involvement in the development and implementation of global product innovations.

• Own set of responsibilities for specific projects in the field of our leading Beauty brands and products.
• Apply scientific knowledge to practical problem solving and practical business applications, encompassing hair research,
• hair product formulation, method development and validation, data analysis and application.

Lead the assigned innovation projects, by proposing technical solutions and defining next steps.

Additional information

This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.

The anticipated start date for this internship is mid-August 2026 / beginning of September 2026 and the anticipated end date is mid-August 2027 / beginning of September 2027.

Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $29-$37 / hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
