A company is looking for an Associate Mortgage Processor to manage loan applications and ensure compliance with lending standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage loan applications for submission to underwriting
Collect and verify required documentation from borrowers and third parties
Coordinate communication among team members and external partners throughout the loan process
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in lending, first mortgage lending operations, or real estate contracts
Knowledge of loan eligibility criteria and documentation requirements
Experience in resolving title issues and validating income documentation
Familiarity with compliance regulations related to lending practices
