Key Responsibilities
Create a vision for innovative learning solutions and monitor industry trends
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop learning programs aligned with strategic goals
Drive the development of leadership capabilities and manage the Learning Governance Committee
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related field
Eight years of progressive leadership and talent development experience
Master's degree in a related field is preferred
SPHR certification is preferred
Experience in performance consulting and change management is preferred
