Sales Advisor
Snelling Huntsville is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor on behalf of one of our valued clients. This position plays a key role in driving business growth by connecting with prospective customers, scheduling consultation appointments, and providing guidance on available services. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to set consultation appointments.
- Clearly explain service offerings, highlighting benefits and addressing basic questions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Stay informed on industry-related knowledge to better communicate with clients.
Qualifications
Previous sales, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed goals.Basic knowledge of business or tax services a plus (training provided).Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.Compensation & Benefits
