About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Strategy Consultant to help organizations define, design, and implement AI-driven strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical AI / ML expertise , strategic consulting skills , and business acumen , enabling them to bridge the gap between complex data science solutions and executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to define AI and machine learning strategies aligned with their business goals.

Conduct AI readiness assessments , identify opportunities for automation and innovation, and build actionable roadmaps.

Collaborate with data scientists, cloud engineers, and business teams to translate strategic plans into scalable solutions.

Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and frameworks suitable for enterprise environments.

Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot implementations to validate AI capabilities.

Provide guidance on AI governance , ethics , and data privacy best practices.

Communicate complex AI concepts in clear, non-technical terms for executive stakeholders.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI , LLMs , and responsible AI , providing thought leadership and recommendations.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts , model lifecycle, and business applications.

Experience developing AI strategies or frameworks for large organizations.

Knowledge of cloud-based AI / ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI).

Familiarity with data analytics , big data ecosystems , and MLOps principles .

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose AI-driven solutions.

Solid understanding of AI governance , risk management , and ethical AI considerations.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Data Science , AI / ML , Business Analytics , or related field.

5 10 years of experience in AI consulting, data strategy, or technology advisory roles.

Experience with enterprise AI adoption and change management initiatives.

Certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty , Google Cloud AI Engineer , or Azure AI Fundamentals .

Prior experience in management consulting or digital transformation strategy .

Compensation

Salary Range : $130,000 $190,000 USD / year (depending on experience).
