• Fully digital, modern facility with multiple operatories
• 2,600+ active patients and 50+ new patients per month
• Comprehensive care including restorative, implants, clear aligners, and limited endo
• Advanced technology : CEREC same-day crowns, CBCT, intraoral scanners, 3D printing, CAD / CAM, and digital smile design
• Excellent hygiene support and clinical flow (two-column model for operative care)

• Compensation & Benefits
• Daily guarantee :
• $650 / day or percentage of monthly collections (up to 40%)
• Potential earnings :
• $365K–$500K+ annually based on tiered production model with daily guarantee
• Productivity bonus :
• $100,000 for exceeding $2.4M in annual collections
• Lab fees covered 100%

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school
