A company is looking for a Remote Customer Technical Support specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and customer education through inbound phone calls regarding alarm system and home automation issues
Troubleshoot technical issues using guided workflows while ensuring excellent customer interactions
Assist customers in scheduling onsite technician visits and present virtual service options when necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year of customer service experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Reliable and dependable with a passion for customer service
Technical experience is a plus but not required
