UX Researcher / Content Strategist Job at Jobs via Dice in Austin

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct content inventory, audit, and gap analysis

Facilitate stakeholder interviews and citizen usability testing

Validate information architecture, taxonomy, and navigation

Develop content guidelines to ensure clarity, accessibility, and consistency

Provide recommendations for search usability and service-oriented navigation

REQUIREMENTS :

5+ years of experience in UX research and / or content strategy

Experience with content audits, usability testing, and card sorting

Strong knowledge of plain language and accessibility standards

Ability to translate research into actionable insights for design and development teams

Nice to have :

Public sector or government content experience

Familiarity with Drupal content authoring
