Maintenance Technician – Ford / Lincoln Dealership

What You’ll Do :
Perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other basic maintenance services
Inspect belts, filters, hoses, and gauges for wear or damage
Test and verify that systems and components are functioning properly
Identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
Use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of all services performed
Drive vehicles as needed for testing purposes
Deliver top-quality service while maintaining Ford brand standards
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a service department (minimum 1 year preferred)
Ford or ASE certifications (preferred, not required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new technology and follow repair procedures
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
High school diploma or GED (required); technical degree preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Basic computer skills and comfort using diagnostic tools
Positive, customer-focused attitude
