As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Jacobs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Build lasting customer relationships by providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service.Proactively engage prospects and existing customers to uncover needs and offer solutions.Write new business and consistently work toward meeting monthly sales and service goals.Conduct needs-based conversations to educate customers about insurance and financial services.Support office operations by handling administrative tasks and contributing to a positive team environmentEXPECTATIONS FOR THE ROLE :

Licensing : Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred. Applicants without licenses must obtain them prior to hire.Strong communication skillslistening, presenting solutions, and building trust.Confidence in speaking with people, whether on the phone or face-to-face.Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets.Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and follow through on commitments.Prior sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred, but not required.Must be reliable, coachable, and eager to grow.Why Join Us?
