Immediate Response Team Specialist

A company is looking for an Immediate Response Team Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service to clients seeking treatment for substance abuse

Identify and register new clients, complete follow-up calls, and communicate client information to Program Directors

Maintain strategic referral partner relationships and assist clients in navigating treatment options

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

At least 1 year of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field

Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques

Knowledge of substance abuse and mental health diagnosis and treatment continuum

Proficient in assessment and admission software / databases and Microsoft Office suite
