Key Responsibilities
- Specialized EvaluationsConduct thorough assessments of speech and language needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments.
- Tailored Treatment PlansDevelop individualized plans and/or IEPs, focusing on client-specific needs.
- Direct Therapy DeliveryProvide impactful speech and language therapy to ASD clients.
- Collaborative ApproachEngage with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Educational InvolvementParticipate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and clinical team discussions.
- Training RoleEducate RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, offering client-specific guidance.
Qualifications
- Advanced DegreeMaster's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- CertificationCurrent CCC certification from ASHA, or current CF Indiana License
- LicensingValid license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
- Communication SkillsExceptional abilities in both written and verbal communication.
- Ethical StandardsCommitment to the highest ethical standards and practices.
Position Details
- Employment TypeFull-time (40 hours/week), in person, schedules can be adjusted to align with your availability.
- Salary Range$60,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Billing Quota25 hours per week of direct client service.
